School
Anna studied Thai Massage in Thailand, at Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in 2007. Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai is approved by the (USA) National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education approved provider and is fully accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education.

In addition Anna took private classes with many Thai Massage practitioners in Bangkok and Chiang Mai in 2007 and 2008.

FITNESS SPA - MATERNAL PACKAGE

Thai Yoga Massage is indispensable in preconception, pregnancy and after giving birth. Our specially designed package combines yoga postures and breathing exercises with stretching and massage. Relaxing, yet invigorating it brings the “force of life” to you and your baby.

Fitness Spa package includes sixty minutes of Thai Yoga massage and stretches. As you luxuriate in a stress releasing and body cleansing routine, Anna works on your alignment, flexibility and breathing patterns.

Stress Management. Breathing, relaxation and mediation decrease the level of your stress hormones and help to stay disease-free.

Anna has helped me tremendously! I own a business with my husband and also have a 17 year old daughter, so life is very full. Anna taught me the importance of making time to look after myself. My posture is much better and I have a confidence in my body which I had not felt for a long time.

I am quite slim, except I carry all my body fat in my midsection, which has been very frustrating for me. My doctor suggested liposuction, but I didn't want to do that. I was a big challenge for Anna, but she figured out a combination of nutritional changes, exercises, Thai massage, relaxation techniques and posture work, which helped me to lose most of it.
